OpenSyndicate is a racing intelligence platform. We provide data, analysis, and statistical modelling to help you make more informed decisions about horse racing.
We do NOT pick winners. We do NOT guarantee profits. We do NOT provide financial advice.
Our model finds inefficiencies in the betting market — situations where the odds may be better than they should be. That's it. You will lose bets. Possibly most of them. Edge works over volume and time, not on individual bets.

1. What We Provide
OpenSyndicate provides:

- Each-way value analysis and market movement tracking
- Plain English explanations of all data points
All information is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or inducement to place a bet.
2. What We Don't Provide

- ✕Guaranteed returns or profit projections
- ✕Financial advice of any kind
- ✕Certainty about race outcomes — horse racing is inherently unpredictable
- ✕Promises that our model is superior to any other form of analysis
3. Understanding "Edge"
When we refer to "edge" or "positive edge," we mean our model's probability estimate is higher than the probability implied by the current market odds. This is a statistical observation, not a guarantee.
A horse with +15% edge will still lose the vast majority of the time. The concept of edge only has meaning over a large number of bets (typically 200+). Individual results are meaningless in isolation.
Our model may be wrong. Markets are generally efficient. When we identify an inefficiency, it could be because:
- The market has genuinely mispriced the horse (this is what we're looking for)
- Our model has a blind spot or is weighting factors incorrectly
- There is private information the market has that our model doesn't
You should always apply your own judgement alongside any data we provide.
4. Your Responsibilities
By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

5. Limitation of Liability
OpenSyndicate, its founders, employees, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for:
- Financial losses arising from bets placed using information from this platform
- Inaccuracies in our data, model, or analysis
- Technical errors, downtime, or delayed information
- Decisions made based on our model probabilities, edge calculations, or any other feature
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6. Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be fun. If it stops being fun, stop.
