Last updated: March 2026
1. What Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account information — your name and email address, provided when you sign up via Clerk
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles all payment data directly
- Betting logs — bet records you voluntarily enter into the platform for tracking purposes
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to help us improve the product
2. Why We Collect It
We use your data for the following purposes:
- Provide the service — authenticate your account, display your data, and deliver the intelligence platform
- Process payments — manage your subscription and billing via Stripe
- Improve the product — understand how features are used so we can make OpenSyndicate better
- Communicate with you — send essential service updates and respond to support requests
We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to providing our service.
3. Third-Party Processors
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

Each processor operates under their own privacy policy and is bound by data protection agreements. All processors are compliant with applicable data protection regulations.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).
Betting logs you have entered will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.
Anonymised, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.
